Download the zipfile suitable for your NAS. 
Extract it to a FAT formatted USB stick. 
Plug it in an USB port of the NAS (NSA325(v2) only a back port), and power on or reboot the NAS. 
The stick should flash the firmware version mentioned in the filename on the NAS, and switch the NAS off.
Remove the stick, and turn the NAS back on.
